We recommend a 10x10 ft area with a flat surface and one power outlet nearby. The space should be free of obstacles for safety and smooth camera movement.

3. Can I customize the video with my logo or branding?
Yes! We can include custom overlays, logos, and intro/outro animations to give your videos a branded, professional look.

4. How do guests receive their videos?
Each guest can instantly receive their video via text, email, or QR code for quick sharing on social media.

5. Is there an attendant operating the booth?
Always. A trained technician is present throughout your event to ensure safety, guide guests, and maintain flawless operation.

6. Can it be used outdoors?
Yes — as long as the surface is level, covered, and has nearby power access. For evening events, we recommend additional lighting for the best video quality.
